Prior to founding Appoint, Zoanne Higgins, supported many multi-national and SME companies spanning Europe and Asia for over 20 years.  She believes the key to success is based on a simple philosophy - treat people better than you would want to be treated. With an established network spanning New Zealand, Asia and Europe, she has over 20 years proven experience delivering resourcing solutions across Government, Banking, Insurance, MSP and FMCG Companies.

Nikita Brown is committed to Innovation and Technology so it felt natural for her to be managing this area of the business.  She has a proven track record supplying high-volume contract and permanent resource with firms that are experiencing periods of growth and change.  Viewed as an expert in her craft she has spoken at industry events and expo’s, which she will continue to do in the future.
